Before joining Mousilli Law, Mrs. Crockett served as Senior Deputy County Counsel for the County of San Diego, where she advised the County on a variety of litigation matters, including real estate, construction, employment, and personal injury litigation. In this role, she honed her skills in complex litigation and developed a keen understanding of public sector legal challenges.
Prior to her tenure in San Diego, Mrs. Crockett was an associate at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP in their Los Angeles office. As a member of the Real Estate practice, she focused on construction litigation, real property disputes, and eminent domain proceedings. Her notable work includes assisting on a $30 million construction delay case against the Los Angeles County Sanitation District, showcasing her ability to manage high-stakes litigation effectively.
Mrs. Crockett's career also includes her time as an associate at Gray Reed & McGraw LLP in Dallas, where she specialized in complex employment and minority shareholder oppression litigation. During her tenure, she played a key role in two major trials alleging damages in the mid-seven figures, demonstrating her litigation prowess and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.
